What’s Your Return Policy?

All ticket sales are final. There are no returns or refunds.

What if I Lose My Confirmation for the In-Person Event?

We will have a list of names associated with purchased tickets at the venue. You will also have a name badge upon arrival.

I Purchased a Ticket for the Event, But Can’t Attend on That Day. Can I Get a Copy of the Event?

If you purchased a ticket to the one-day live Live2Lead event, and cannot attend, we will make an effort to host a re-broadcast of the simulcast, but you will miss out on the live local speakers.

What if We Can’t Meet Locally Due to COVID-19 Related Meeting Restrictions?

In the event we are unable to meet for in-person gatherings, we will reschedule the in-person event to a later date when the restrictions have been lifted.
